Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to search, list and enquire about property on MoveLane. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.

What we do

• Semantic headings, landmarks and labelled form fields throughout.
• Keyboard-operable navigation, menus, dialogs and forms.
• Colour contrast checked against our navy, green and slate palette.
• Descriptive alternative text for property photography and agency logos.
• Layouts that reflow for mobile, tablet and desktop without loss of content.

Known limitations

• The interactive map view relies on a third-party mapping service; all map results are also available in the list view, which is fully accessible.
• Some agent-supplied documents, such as brochures and floorplans, are PDFs we do not control and may not be fully tagged.

Reporting a problem

If you find an accessibility barrier, email hello@movelane.co.uk describing the page and what happened. We aim to respond within 5 working days. You can also use our complaints procedure.
