Cancelling or changing your MoveLane plan
Monthly billing, no minimum term, self-service cancellation, and what happens to your listings afterwards.
No minimum term
Every published plan is billed monthly. There is no fixed-term contract, no cancellation notice period and no exit fee. Founding member pricing keeps its discount for the agreed period while you remain subscribed, but it does not lock you in.
New agency subscriptions start with a 14-day free trial. Cancelling before the trial ends means no payment is taken at all.
How to cancel
Open your subscription page and use the billing portal button. Cancellation is completed there by you, in a few clicks — you do not need to phone, email or ask permission.
You can also change plan up or down in the same place; Stripe prorates the difference on your next invoice.
What happens next
Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, so you keep the portal and your published listings until that date. After it passes, paid features stop and listings are unpublished rather than deleted, so your data is still there if you resubscribe.
Evidence you can expect to see
- The cancel option inside the Stripe billing portal — no contact with us required.
- Stripe's confirmation email stating the date your subscription ends.
- Your /account/subscription page showing status changed to cancelling, with the end date it will run to.
- No further charges on your card or Stripe invoice history after that date.
What this does not claim
- We do not refund part-months by default; you keep access to the end of the paid period instead. Genuine billing errors are refunded — contact us.
- Cancelling stops future access but does not automatically delete your account data. Ask us if you want deletion as well.
